We would like to thank the over 70 people who attended our poverty summit on Saturday morning. We would like to especially thank First United Methodist Church for hosting the summit and for the speakers and panelists whoa came and shared their knowledge. This page has photos and videos of some of the highlights.
The Coalition of Religious Communities used the summit to launch their three part plan for reducing child homelessness in Utah and to encourage congregations to participate inEnding Child Homelessness Sabbath. We will have more information about both of those things during the coming months. |
