Volunteer at our Westside PantryLocation: 1358 West Indiana Avenue, Salt Lake City

Volunteer at our Thrift StoreLocation: 1385 W. Indiana Ave. Salt Lake City, UT 84104
Hours: Tuesday-Saturday 10am-6pmThe Crossroads Volunteer Responsibilities: Thrift Store provides free and low-cost clothing and household items to people in need. Volunteers at the Thrift Store assist with organizing donations, stocking shelves, and cleaning. Organize a drive in your community for food, clothing, or hygiene itemsMake the next party at your work or congregation feel more meaningful by collecting food, used or new clothing, diapers, formula, soap, shampoo, tampons or other basic necessities we give away at our food pantries or thrift store. If you are interested in collecting one more more basic necessities we would be delighted to share ideas. We are only able to help with some items because of small drives like these.

Volunteer with FACE Hunger and HomelessnessThe Faith and Advocacy Coalition to End Hunger and Homelessness, FACE Hunger and Homelessness, brings people together to learn about the causes of hunger and homelessness and to support policies that would reduce those forms of unnecessary suffering. We can use volunteers to help with organizing events, developing materials for educating the public about hunger and homelessness and with contacting elected officials and candidates about issues that cause people to experience hunger and homelessness.
