Food for the Holidays

Every year, Crossroads helps families enjoy Thanksgiving and Christmas by giving away turkeys and other foods needed to prepare a holiday meal. In 2022, we provided almost 8,000 people at these two holiday food giveaways.  These annual holiday food distributions are made possible by our generous donors and the combined efforts of hundreds of volunteers.  For more than twenty years two community partners have been particularly important:

• Harmons Neighborhood Grocer provides the turkeys given away at both events through a customer donation match program called Give a Gobble.   
• Rowland Hall serves as a host for the Christmas Giveaway and students and parents of the school provide the majority of the volunteers for that event.

​We are so grateful for all of the amazing people and organizations who come together to help make the holidays a little better for thousands of families each year!
