On September 23, 2017 we were invited to participate in the Leadership Summit of the Rocky Mountain Conference of the United Methodist Church in in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. Lane Gardinier, who is a member of the Crossroads Urban Center Board of Directors and a volunteer for Make Hunger Visible, did an amazing job talking about our efforts to reduce hunger and suffering for low income Utahns,
