On the morning of Wednesday, May 3, 2023 about twenty faith and community leaders went to the Starbucks located at 400 South 400 East in Salt Lake City to support workers who have voted to form a union at that location. Attendees included pastors from Lutheran, Baptist, United Methodist and Unitarian Universalist congregations and Representative Gay Lynn Bennion from Utah House District 41 and a former Mayor of Salt Lake City, Rocky Anderson.
