Each week people from our community volunteer for 122 hours in our food pantry. These volunteers are the reason we are able to serve so many people. The people we serve often comment on how welcomed they feel, thanks to our friendly volunteers.
We rely on volunteers in all aspects of pantry food-handling, including transporting, accepting, sorting, storing, stocking, and assembling food orders. Volunteers also assist with intake work, meeting people and assessing their needs.
